Leslie Bishop

After raising two sons and engaging in a career in residential interior design, Leslie and her husband relocated to Cambridge, MD from the Washington, DC area in 2016. In 2017 she founded and served as director of MidShore Meals til Monday, a nonprofit backpack program that provides food for weekend meals for food-insecure children attending Dorchester County Public Schools. Leslie is the current board chair of MidShore Meals til Monday and, in addition to serving on the board of the Dorchester Education Foundation, serves on the board of the Mid-Shore Community Foundation. As a mother and grandmother, Leslie passionately believes in helping children achieve their best by nourishing their minds and bodies.
