Lucas Thorpe is a passionate community leader, youth advocate, and nonprofit founder born and raised in Dorchester County, Maryland. He serves as the Co-Founder and Executive Director of ALL4LOVE, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving the lives of adolescents and young adults through mentorship, leadership development, and transformative community programs.
A proud graduate of North Dorchester High School, Lucas also studied at Chesapeake College and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore before choosing to fully devote himself to grassroots impact work in his hometown. Under his leadership, ALL4LOVE has grown into the largest youth-serving organization in the county—operating school-based mentoring programs, sports leagues, community events, and cultural enrichment experiences that change lives.
Lucas also volunteers across multiple youth-focused initiatives. He coaches youth football, baseball at Cambridge-South Dorchester High School and mentors students through Dorchester County Young Life. Whether on the field or in conversation, he leads with compassion, consistency, and a deep belief in the potential of every young person.
As a board member of the Dorchester Education Foundation, Lucas brings his passion for equity, community engagement, and educational excellence. He believes strong schools and strong support systems go hand in hand—and is committed to creating a culture of belief, opportunity, and growth for students and educators across Dorchester County.
